AFC Adam Lyons – Topics to Avoid in Good Conversation
July 30, 2009 by Adonis · Leave a Comment
One of the most under-rated things about growing up is knowing just how useful it is having a mother to guide you through different social situations. You may not realize it at the time and you still may not even realize it now, however, the ability to have her over your shoulder reminding you to think before you speak every time you’re about to really drop yourself in it in front of your grandparents or friends is invaluable. The problem with growing up is that we often find ourselves in social situations and, whereas in our heads the words may seem completely sound and even at times intelligent, in reality once those words leave your lips you suddenly realize you may not have chosen the ideal topic at that moment.
How many times have you been so desperate to ignite a conversation that you start up a seemingly innocent discussion on a certain topic only to see the entire mood of the table go dead? Or worse, the entire room goes silent upon hearing your statement or question on a specific topic. That silence is akin to the same silence that follows the visuals of an atom bomb just before the explosion rocks your ears or the eeriness that comes with the silence in the eye of a storm. Thankfully you can avoid these explosive conversation destroyers by simply avoiding the dangerous topics for good conversation listed below. Read more

The color of your clothes can make you more or less attractive according to a study conducted back in 2008 at the university of Rochester. To verify these results, AFC Adam sent his team of dating scientists to the University of Texas to test the effects of color on local sorority girls.

AFC Adam – Getting Lucky
April 2, 2009 by Adonis · Leave a Comment

Ok We are all aware of the phrase, “Getting lucky  well; Luck = Preparation Meeting Opportunity.
Well last night I made a decision that made me realise just how much that statement shouldn’t apply to us.
The phrase getting lucky implies that we have no control over the results… or little control at least. So the essence of game should remove this, right?
A good friend of mine described luck as preparation meeting opportunity. You can’t capitalise on a “break†if you aren’t ready for it. Read more
AFC Adam – The Metagame

For those of you who have been in the game for a while now, you will probably have developed your own style of play.
Whether you are following one of the more mainstream methods, or have developed your own sense of game the fact is typically we have a sense of sameness to our approach.
E.g. some PUA’s favour a more direct style, others prefere to use some form of dance game, whereas others may still use Routines, or Cocky funny spur of the momment lines. Whatever your style, there is one thing that does apply to many PUA’s esspecially those in areas populated with a strong community, sometimes you can’t avoid sarging in the same venue as other PUA’s. AFC Adam – Premature Eject-ulation
October 27, 2008 by Adonis · Leave a Comment
The question to ask yourself is… Are you a victim of Premature Ejectulation?
What I am reffering to is leaving a set prematurely because you “feel†you have been blown out.
I have witnessed a wide range of students now some of them pretty well known amongst the community who will quite happily open a set, get them hooked, and run a decent number of routines generating a great deal of IOI’s and then eject, actually saying goodbye.
A key point here is that this should not be confused with capture – recapture. Wherebye you leave the set on a high note at the begining of the night, with a time bridge stating you will probably see them around later on, and maybe they owe you a dance/drink whatever. Just so they don’t feel trapped by you early on in the night. Read more
