Mehow - Giving Value, Part 1

So, let’s get started…

Give Value Episode 1: The Golden Rule

I’m going to give you the golden rule of giving value in pickup:

“To give value, you have to BE the value.”

Say you want to give “fun value” to a girl by showing her a good time.

This is the right idea, but it is easy to incorrectly implement!

Consider this… say you start telling a street joke to a girl like…

“This parrot walks into a bar, and says to the bar tender…”

Now, will this get you attraction?

Probably not.

Here’s why:

The reason why pickup lines like that don’t work is that it’s obvious that you are exerting yourself to show her a good time.

Plus, you are obviously reciting somebody else’s joke that you heard before, just to please her.

So, anytime you do something where the sole purpose is to give her value… you will lose attraction.

Also, keep in mind, anytime a woman detects that you are trying to give her something that isn’t really you - you will lose attraction!

But here is the deal, to get her into you, you have to give fun and all sorts of other value.

The secret is the rule I gave you above:

“To give value, you have to BE the value.”

If, while you are giving her value, it appears that you do this sort of thing all the time because deep down inside you are a FUN guy…
then you will gain LOTS of attraction.

For example,

I can give FUN value, and come off as a FUN guy, by using the ‘bubble wrap story’ (credit community)…

“You know what I would do with you… I would wrap you in bubble wrap…until you are all warm and squishy…and then, I would put you in my luggage…and take you to New York, and we would go to…Tiffany’s…and I would deck you all out in Tiffany’s, so when we came right back to this bar right here…you would be my Tiffany’s princess…and all your friends would be completely jealous.”

Now, using that story, (even though it’s canned), makes you come off like a totally FUN guy! Because it is so wild, and out there, that nobody un-fun would ever say it!

So you are giving her FUN, while coming off like a FUN guy at the same time.

Plus, after you tell her a story like this… she will expect you to still be FUN in other contexts, and her attraction for you will increase.

But, if you tell her a street joke… like the “Parrot” example above, then she doesn’t know if you are FUN or not as a person. And that means her attraction will decrease.

This works because if you always come off as “being the value”, instead of just giving it, you never seem like you are trying to impress!

This just is you - she knows that you are just as likely to tell a zany story to some other girl as you are to her. Also, being the value, is worth more in her mind as she can project that she will always enjoy you being FUN, as opposed to you being FUNNY one time.

Now, there are many more ways to give value… which I will show you in the subsequent episodes.

But, all of them will always follow the above rule…

“To give value you have to BE the value.”
