Mehow Bootcamp Review

October 12, 2007 by Adonis

It has been nearly a week since the Bootcamp, and I’ve been meaning to get around to writing this. First off, let me say this… If you have not been to a Bootcamp, I highly recommend this one! At just $497 [compare that to a Mystery Method Bootcamp at $2950 and RSD Bootcamp at $1500....both of which I highly recommend as well, by the way!], it’s a steal!!!

Thing is…. My skill-set is pretty good as it is. True, I am always working on honing my abilities, but I have been getting solid results for awhile now. All that aside, I think whatever your skill level–beginner to advanced–you will benefit from learning the Mehow Model from Mehow.

I signed a non-disclosure agreement and so I cannot get too deep into the specifics of what was taught there. I can say this, my results are sky-rocketing even in one week. I got back late last Tuesday [as I write this it is Friday], and closed one girl I had met previous to the Bootcamp in less than an hour [I had talked to her for maybe 15 minutes in the initial pickup] all using advanced Micro-looping! After getting over my initial Approach Anxiety [still working on alleviating that!] last night and going head-long into a more structured Mehow-style approach [I tend to try to improvise too much....more on that in a future post!], I was able to fill my phone with more than enough to keep me busy for some time [Mehow's phone game is also tight!].

One thing you will notice about Mehow in person that he is extremely chill. I know some of his older videos made him seem a little “high energy”… Now he exudes a very cool, chill energy. Imagine how much stronger your pickups will be when you come in giving value, but also staying relaxed. One of the key differences that can be noticed between a new guy and a master pickup artist is just how relaxed the Pickup Artist is in field. Watch the first Episode of The Pickup Artist on VH1 for a brief but poignant glimpse of the difference between the Contestants and Mystery, Matador, & J-Dog.

This was a key thing that I have been really integrating into my pickups. Being in the presence of guys who have this down like Mehow becomes contagious. And when you catch this it is electrifying. I was talking to a particularly “hyper” girl last night and I was able to remain cool, chill, relaxed, and non-reactive whereas prior I may have gotten a bit hyper with her. This caused her to work even harder to gain my attention because although every other guy would react to her when she did this, I did not. It all reminds me of my days in the Gentlemen’s Clubs when I would get a new dancer and the first time on stage you could tell. How? She would dance way too fast! The key skill a dancer needs on the pole is to just slooooooow….. doooooown! Same with the aspiring pickup artist: slooooooow….. doooooown!

This is just a brief overview. I will be posting more review soon! As an additional note, if you cannot make it to a bootcamp, make sure to get Mehow’s “Get The Girl” book and for further illumination his “Get The Girl: Infield Exposed” Videos on his website www.mehow.tv!

Good having you at the seminar man. I hope my advice helped in some way. Let me know.

    Peace.

Hey man it was nice meeting you at the bootcamp. Nice to see you’re getting results from Mehow-style approach. I’m still trying to tackle approach anxiety (ugh) so it’s going slow for me. But no nasty blowouts which is always good. Lots of good insights in your blog, I’ll be checking it out regularly. Off to Vegas next week — gonna go no holds barred. When you’re back in LA let me know. There’s a lot I could learn from you.

How did you get the Mehow bootcamp for only $497?

That is just the going rate!

I can’t find a URL for the bootcamps.

I went to his site and even entered my email and name but never got a mail with entry instructions. I evne checked my junk mail folder, just in case.

Does anyone have the direct URL for MeHow bootcamps? $497 seems too good to be true.

Actually, from the Mehow banner ad on your site, I was taken to a page advertising Mehow’s DVD set and here’s some text from that page:

“Consider for a minute: Right now, on the rare occasion that I have time to do a full bootcamp, I charge $2,497.00! And, that’s not taking into consideration your traveling, lodging, and dining expenses.”

Are you sure the $497 you quoted wasn’t just a typo?

I’m positive that is the price…In fact if you buy the “Get The Girl” manual, Mehow will refund $100 of the bootcamp price after you attend. But you need to sign up for his newsletter. Just click on the link on my page and do so. Hey, as an added bonus there is a short video testimonial under the bootcamp section of the site starring yours truly…Me!

Wow… cool… I saw you in the testimonial for the bootcamp.

You are right, the bootcamps are only $497. How did you manage to get to be one of the in-field members, though. It says that they’re only limited to four people:

“P.S. I almost forgot to mention… if you want to go in the field with Mehow… there will be a special one night infield add-on available at each seminar. These Infield spots are limited to ONLY 4 guys… and you must be registered for the event in order to be eligible! These special infield spots will only be available on a first come, first right of refusal basis! Meaning Mehow’s staff will call you IF there is an Infield spot still available, and only after you sign up.”

Actually having someone kick my ass in-field to approach is what I’d need the most. Also, how much did it cost you for this add-on?
